I'm selling a Hauppauge WinTV PVR2 USB Tv Tuner and video capture device. With this device you can turn your PC into a DVR. Watch and record TV on your PC. Includes FM stereo capability. Note that this item uses hardware compression, meaning it does all the video recording work, meaning it won't slow your computer down, unlike other devices that use software compression. USB 2.0 or 1.1 compatible. Windows 98/ME/XP/Vista compatible.
