We will only ship in the U.S. And its Territories. We DO NOT SHIP to Canada or any other foreign countries. We only ship to PayPal-confirmed address if paid by PayPal. We do not ship to your office address, friend's and family's address, your alternate address or newly moved address that are NOT your “confirmed” PayPal addresses. We will not ship to alternate addresses requested via email. We are not responsible for misdirected shipment due to the invalid and outdated confirmed address you provided at payment. We are not responsible to timely correct your outdated address after we received your payment. You are responsible to provide us a valid address at your checkout. If you are unable to pay with PayPal “confirmed address” or unable to allow your purchase shipped to your confirmed address, please pay with a money order or cashier check. Payment must be received within 3 days of end of auction or mailed within 5 days after your purchase. Items shipped within Missouri require sales tax. We reserve the right to Re-list if the buyer cannot prove payment has been made or mailed after 5 days.

Shipping and Handling fees and Method: We ship via DHL within 24hrs of payment Monday-Friday. Average delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the day of shipment. Shipping and Handling fees and method are non-negotiable. Shipping and Handling fees includes not only postage but also labor, packaging material, testing and other costs. If the Shipping and Handling fees should become the reason of your buyer-remorse that results in Neutral or Negative feedback, please DO NOT PLACE THE BID.

Return Policy: Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed. We will gladly refund 5 days of DOA. You are responsible for returning postage and insurance. Shipping and Handling fees is not refundable for any reason. We will replace defective item at not additional charge. Exchange for a different item does require additional payment. You may return the item with a copy of packing list or invoice. No authorization for return is required. Your returns will be processed within 5 business days. All returns must be properly packaged and in “original condition”.
