do our best to provide quick answers to emails. If you are writing in regards to an active auction,
please refer to the FAQ auto-responder you will receive in response to your
email, as the majority of your questions will be answered there. If your question is not answered in the FAQ
auto-responder,
please await a direct response. All post-auction questions from the
high bidder will be answered directly. If you do not receive a response within one
business day, please check your junk-mail filter as responses may be

You will receive a winning bidder notification to the e-mail address associated with your eBay account. If you have not received such an
email, or to check out now, click
here! All payments from Paypal MUST
ship to the Paypal confirmed address, unfortunately
there are no exceptions to this rule.
WINNING BIDDER MUST MAKE PAYMENT WITHIN
7 DAYS. If a payment has not been received within ten (10) days after the auction has ended, then
an Unpaid Item Dispute will be issued and the item
will no longer be available to the high bidder.
7% New Jersey Sales Tax
applies to all items that are shipped to New Jersey
addresses, or items that are picked up from our
warehouse.
Shipping Info
We strive to provide the
quickest shipping times possible. All items paid for Monday through
Friday prior to noon EST will ship the same day. All items are
shipped via UPS in order to provide the most accurate tracking and most
comprehensive insurance for the protection of your purchase.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer the lower rates of the USPS
service, but through our experience UPS has provided an overall better
service for the customer.
All items ship by the use of a UPS rate calculator in
order to ensure the most accurate charges for your packages.
Shipping estimates can be calculated prior to the end of the auction
either by using the shipping rate calculator at the top of the template
next to our LSI logo, or by using the calculator below these
paragraphs. Please note, during the
active auction, insurance rates are not calculated so please expect to see
higher rates upon completion of the check-out process, in order to fully
insure the item according to the value of the bid. We do not ship
Internationally, to APO/FPO Boxes, or via USPS.
We ship all items
insured through UPS (service level is optional at checkout) to the customers Paypal
confirmed address only (sorry there are no exceptions), Money Orders can be shipped to the address of your choice.
Tracking numbers are emailed automatically upon
shipment (all items ship out immediately with the UPS Pick-Up following
payment)--please see our Policy Page for shipping schedule. If for
some reason you have not received your tracking number you can track the
progress of your order by going to http://checkout.kyozou.com
and that will provide tracking information as well as order information.

At the end of your auction you
will be forwarded an email from Squaretrade warranty services (please
note LSI Distributors does not in any way provide these warranties, any
and all questions regarding extending warranties can be fully addressed
through the phone number below). If you purchased the warranty
plan for used and refurbished items, the Care Plan coverage period
begins 60 days after the eBay auction ends, and lasts for 12 or 24
months, depending on the plan you purchase. The SquareTrade Care Plan
does not cover pre-existing conditions, such as items that are received
in damaged condition, or items that break within 60 days of auction end.
