PAYMENT
Please make payment within 48 hours of the end of the auction. We do NOT accept personal checks. Payment can be made via PayPal, PayPal e-check, or cashiers checks. If sending an e-check or cashiers check, it needs to be received within 1 week of the auction’s end. Payments must be received within seven (7) days of the close of the auction. Items unpaid after 7 days or more will be reported to Ebay, and a nonpayer bidder strike will be filed. We do wish to work with buyers. SHIPPING
We ship the same day we receive payment. Payments received after 4:00pm EST will be shipped the next business day, including Saturday. We will only ship to confirmed addresses. All items are carefully handled, packaged, and shipped in a fast and timely manner. Items will be shipped either USPS or UPS. We have no control over the delivery time or shipping process made by USPS or UPS. Insurance is optional, but is highly recommended on expensive items. The Classy Touch will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items in mailing. If this happens, please contact the carrier, USPS or UPS to file a claim and also contact us at shipping@theclassytouch.com if you need any shipping information.
COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNT:We do combine shipping on multiple auctions won within a 48 hour time period. To receive combined shipping, all items must be paid for in one payment and shipped to the same address. We will send out a combined invoice after you have completed bidding on all auctions. To receive combined shipping discount, please contact us first at shipping@theclassytouch.comand do not pay until all auctions are closed. However, large items over 25 lbs. are not combined. Large items will be calculated by exact weight and size.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:Items being shipped international are indicated below in the shipping chart.If it isn’t indicated below, we’re not offering it on this particular item. If shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, 5% of the shipping cost listed in the auction will be added.
RETURNS
We offer a 7 day return on items won over $15.00. On some items we sell, a return will not be offered; however, exceptions are made because our customer service and your satisfaction are important. Customer will need to pay for all shipping and handling costs associated with the item(s) being returned.
