Auction Sales Policy:

• Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase the item.
• If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 7 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the seller’s sole discretion. If a payment is not received after 7 days, the sale will be disputed through Ebay and a strike will be applied to non-paying bidder

Shipping Details:

• All shipping originates to the lower 48 states in USA; Shipment will be either FEDEX, UPS, or USPS.  Some larger items will ship via UPS Ground service.(no p.o box addresses for UPS)
• Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment. Alaska, Hawaii must contact us for shipping charges
• We only ship to USA and Canada. All other international Customer must contact us for shipping quote
• LOCAL PICK UP IS NOT ALLOWED UNLESS STATED IN AUCTION LISTING
• LOCAL PICK UP IS SUBJECT TO HANDLING FEE OF 15%

• Cashier check / Money order-Must be recieved within 7 days of auction clode day
• 6% Sales tax applies to Michigan residents
• Items will be shipped once payments are cleared and address is confirmed

Returns:

• All auction sales are final, no return policy & no refund, in event that the package was damaged during shipping, we will claim it to the carrier.
• We test our USED products 100% before it leaves our facility.WE TRY OUR BEST TO BE ACCURATE IN OUR DISCRIPTION TO THE ITEM LISTED,If you recieved any item and its DOA, please contact us first, and we'll work with you to resolve the problem  in everyway possible
• We only issue a refund for items/units/parts, ONLY IF YOU received an item that you did not order.
• All other approved returns (BRAND NEW ITEMS)are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• We will not be held liable for packages lost or damaged in transit if SHIPPING insurance is not purchased.
