We are a group of long time ebayers, we have been at this for nine years and have run nearly a million auctions. We also run a electronics recycling company located in Garland Texas. We operate a 50,000 sq foot facility on 3 plus acres and recycle hundreds of tons of electronics a year. What we do here on ebay is recycle in the purest form, our main mission on ebay is to promote recycling by reuse. In that spirit, we welcome you to our ebay auctions. :) We work very hard to write the most honest auction descriptions on ebay, the fun is a bonus.... give it a try. If we seem a little jaded, you have to know that it is experience talking. Just keep in mind that sometimes, experience screams a little too:)

Thank you, to all of our supporters, some three thousand emails thanking us for having fun at work. Do us all a favor and send one to ebay too, they have not got a happy email since they bought paypal. We upset the dockers crowd something awful, evidently we are failing to address their concerns in a manner which shows deference to their superior knowledge and experience. Ebay wants to improve the buying experience for these twits (rotsa ruck). Personally I think we should be able to treat them the way ebay treats it customers. Raise the price while making the product harder to use and, oh so not fun.

Are you guys crazy? Can you think of any other reason we would take lumps while trying to do something good? It seems our snarkfoo is still strong, maybe we will stick around a while longer. We were one of the first recyclers on ebay we may as well be the last too. So all nerds and geeks... come with us, lets recycle. Dockers guy? you can yank your khakis up to your armpits and stalk off like a man. Ohh please tell me those are his shoes squeaking....:)

• Fresh Pulls: These parts are pulled from retired systems, and passed right on to our ebay listers. We do not know their history or even what they came out of. We recycle several tons of computers a month there is just too much to keep up with. Because this is a used item and we will not warranty the buyers skills, this item is sold as is. These auctions are aimed at the geek with skills, power mousers need to skip on down to the new retail stuff. :)
• Get Green: We are in the electronics recycling business, with 50000 sq ft full of parts to recycle, we do what we can with the time, equipment and skills available. Our goal is to reuse as much as we can. So help protect the environment, hook up a unemployed electronic part:) and try to have some fun doing it. While you are here click around and see what else we have you can use, this is a good and noble cause.
• Attention Jr PcTechs: That would be you there kid, so pay attention. There are no drivers, instructions, cables or tech support. It is a brave new world, and you are a big boy out on your own, go make mama proud. If you have a technical question ask your favorite search engine, we just are not that smart. If you a professional IT man or computer shop tech, and have trouble with your item, please by all means send a whiney email, we hang them in the break room.
• Attention Retentives: We wallow happily in our complete unprofessionalness, we do this because it is a good thing to do. We know we could make more money acting "professional", we just cant bring ourselves to make the ebay professionals look bad. So...if anything we say in this auction upsets you, please skip on down the road, we are trying to have some fun here. The professionals called and your are missing the club meeting right now! cya :)

• Auction Terms : Please read the description carefully. We try to describe our auction items as accurately and honestly as possible. Because of our limited knowledge, there could be important information about the item that is not listed. Please do not assume we know what the item is or does. This item is sold AS IS, all sales are final. You only get what is listed in the auction. Nothing more, nothing less. Any accessories not specifically mentioned are not included.
• There are no returns on as is items all sales are final. Because someone asked (twice) there is no warranty, that is none...
• In the unlikely event that the wrong item was accidentally shipped, a full refund by the method of payment will be issued and a return shipping refund made once the item is safely returned. You must contact us at rma@erecycleronline.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow up to 3 business days for requests to be processed. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

• Shipping in the lower 48 US States $12.97 Second Day Air $40.97.
• Outside the lower 48 US States via priority mail is $15.97.
• Shipping Insurance is optional, we are not responsible for uninsured items. Shipping insurance will automatically be selected in the checkout for you. The shipping insurance fee is 2.00 in the US. If you do not wish to insure your item, you may decline insurance when you checkout. Shipping insurance may not be available for international shipments.
• International Shipping is via USPS priority mail; Canada 23.97, Europe $34.97, Eastern Europe $31.97, Australia & Asia $35.97, Caribbean South & Central America $30.97.
• Combined Shipping is automatically calculated in the checkout. We offer a 20% shipping discount for each item after the full shipping amount is charged for the item with the highest shipping rate. If this process does not take place, please contact us before making any payment. For multiple international purchases, please contact us, so we can determine if the items can be safely shipped together.
• Taxes We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax when Ship-To address is in Texas. International buyers are responsible for any applicable import duty and local taxes. Please verify with your customs before purchase.

• Payment Terms: After you won the auction, an email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address. All payments must go through our checkout.
• Late payments Please do not bid if you do not want to buy, we reserve the right to re-list the item if not paid after 7 days. Payments not received within 7 days are automatically reported as an unpaid item with eBay to recover our eBay fees. Once fees are credited, the checkout is closed and the item is relisted. This is an automated process.
• Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us. If all your purchases have not appeared in the checkout notify us prior to making payment. Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions. We start to process and rush your order once checkout is completed.
• Money Orders & Checks: You must also complete the checkout if you are going to mail in your payment. Checks will be accepted from buyers with a feedback rating higher than 50. All checks and money orders must be in US dollars.

• Local Pick Up: Appointments must be scheduled to pick items up at our location, call 972-487-6800. There is a five dollar pickup fee for the first three items, more if you are difficult. Appointment hours are Monday through Friday between 11:00am and 4:00pm. Some items may require 24-hour notice for preparation, all items require a minimum of two hours notice. No items may be picked up without an appointment. Payment for local pickup items is through credit card or cash, Paypal may not be used for local pickup.
• We charge a fee because of the extra work involved, if you are a lot of work, the fee is per item purchased. :)
• We do not allow people to wander in our warehouse or shop, this is not a retail store.
• Locals with items to recycle, please call first to make sure we recycle the items you have.
• If you have large palletized items to pick up, you will need a dock high truck. While watching people struggle to get their pallets in the pickup can be entertaining, our insurance will no longer allow it.

• The New Ebay: In thanks for the love ebay is showing the sellers we have turned off our ebay power seller logo. Maintaining a 98% satisfaction rating for 9 years speaks for its self. We have continued to evolve as ebay has made its mad dash towards mediocrity, working hard to add flavor to our little part of the site while we recycle our geeky goodliness.
