PAYPAL SPECIFICS:We will only ship to Paypal Verified address when using your paypal account. CREDIT CARD SPECIFICS:We need your name as it appears on the card,expiration date, the address the card bills you at, the address you want itshipped to, and your phone number. We will verify your billing address. Your order could be delayed if the address does not match. You will be contacted in an event where we require the phone number for theCredit Cards customer service department (usually found on the back of the card). SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS
If we are shipping to an address that is different from the billingaddress that address must be added to the credit card account as analternative shipping address. For international credit card orders, we must be able to verify thebilling and shipping address. We have fewer problems with AmericanExpress. If you use Visa / MasterCard, we will need the bank phonenumber and require that your Credit Card Customer Service Representive speaks English.We will also need a copy of the front and back of the credit card and acopy your drivers license or passport faxed or emailed to us. Plus, there is a $25 feeassociated with all address verifications that require International phone or faxing, which is 99% of all International orders.
All Ebay auctions are Final. In store exchange may be used with 14 days of purchase for defective items, unless auction otherwise stated with extended or as-is warranty. There are no refunds. Factory warranties must be handled with the associated manufacturer after 14 days from purchase. All returns must have an associated RMA number to be valid. Return shipping of defective merchandise back to Megawatts is the responsibility of the buyer. Megawatts is not responsible for factory defects because we are not a product manufacturer, and we do not produce the items that we sale. Since it is not our fault and not your fault but the fault of the Manufacturer, Megawatts agrees to split the shipping costs with you, our customer. The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to Megawatts, and Megawatts will consequently replace the component and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address on the original order. Software is only returnable if defective, and can only be exchanged for exact same item.
