for the Apple PowerBook G3 (codename: "Pismo" aka dual firewire or 2000
model year, Apple Family Number: M7572) is in very good physical and
working
condition - see representative image below. Pulled from a
working 500MHz Pismo, this replacement high definition LCD color screen
can be used to replace a dead, cracked, scratched, or otherwise
problematic display on the 2000/firewire/"Pismo" model. This display unit comes complete with its LCD screen housed
within its front/rear plastic bezels, display cables, inverter board, nice tight hinges, and AirPort antenna. Step-by-step
installation directions can also be provided if needed.
Cosmetically the part is in fine condition with no dead/stuck pixels (that I could see
at least), pink startup hue, dark corners, or other screen imperfections. There are some typical keyboard "ghosting" marks/impressions but nothing serious. In addition, the top cover exhibits the usual rubs/marks/light scratches representing normal wear and tear.
