Legal Stuff:

If payment or check out information is not received within 7 days, we will file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay. If after 3 days from filing the Unpaid Item Dispute we fail to receive payment or notice from the winning bidder, we will close the dispute, post appropriate feedback, and re-list the item. Buyers who fail to fulfill their contract to purchase their item will receive an Unpaid Item Strike. Please refer to eBay's Unpaid Item Policy/Process for additional information.

Please expect a one to two business day delay between payment receipt and product shipment.

We can usually combine shipping of smaller items. Computers and other large items are shipped separately, unless enough equipment has been purchased to fill a pallet and be sent via freight service. If you have bids on multiple items and would like us to hold all of the items to ship together, we will hold multiple items pending completion of the remaining auctions within the week.

Local pickups are available Monday through Friday by appointment only, and must be paid for 24 hours in advance.  Please email or call us for an appointment and/or directions and payment instructions.

Unless stated as Unused, Tested Good, or Working in the Condition section above, all products are sold AS IS with NO RETURNS. We do our best to test each item and will put that information in the auction. We are an asset recovery company and due to the wide variety of products we sell, we are unable to test everything.

DOA/WARRANTY INFORMATION:

You have seven (7) business days from receipt of your item to verify that it works as it should. If there are defects that were not noted in the auction listing, we will accept the item back for a full refund, replacement, or work out a partial refund that is agreeable to both parties.

IMPORTANT: "Defective" is defined as physically broken or non-functioning, not that it did not work for your application or that additional parts or software are required to use the item. If the title or description of the auction includes the words "parts, fix, repair, untested, AS IS", this DOA Warranty DOES NOT APPLY.

RETURN POLICY:

Items sold AS IS are not eligible for return or refund.
