- DOA (Dead on Arrival) is defined as a unit that does not operate as defined by auction description.
- If it is listed as guaranteed against DOA it means that the Seller has verified the item to be functional in its intended environment.
- It does not include items that do not meet Buyer's expectation or items that do not function in Buyer's specific environment.
- As a rule, if it powers up, it is not DOA.
Exceptions of the above description will be handled on a case by case basis, but are in no way grounds for violation of this auction agreement.

If an item meets the requirements designating it as a DOA, the Seller will reciprocate with one of the following:

- Refund the auction high bid amount to the Buyer (Item must be returned to Seller before refund is issued).
- Repair the returned unit and ship it back to the Buyer (Seller pays for shipping from Seller only).
- Replace the defective unit (RMA number will be issued, unit must be returned) with one of like features and quality (Seller pays for shipping from Seller only).
General Shipping Information:
- Items will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS First Class whichever is more convenient for the Shipper. If a different shipping method/carrier is desired an additional cost will be levied over the amount listed.
- Shipping charge includes (where applicable) packaging, handling, and insurance.
- Items shipped to NC addresses will be charged NC sales tax.
Terms and Conditions:
- Seller guarantees the item(s) to be as described above. If a part number is supplied, then it is the Bidder's sole responsibility to determine compatibility of the part. If Bidder has questions, ask BEFORE bidding. Seller tries to describe the items as completely as is possible, but if the auction doesn't say it, don't assume it.
- By bidding on the item(s) Bidder acknowledges that the bid is a legally binding contract and Bidder has the ability and resolve to complete this transaction. The Bidder also acknowledges and accepts that no refunds or support will be provided for any item(s) listed "AS IS." Unless otherwise stated in the auction, all items are sold "AS IS".
- Winning Bidder must respond within 72 hrs. of notification by email that they are the winning bidder, or Seller has the option of offering item(s) to other bidders or re-posting.
- Payment is due as soon as practical after close of auction, but in no case longer than 7 days after notification. If payment is not received within 7 days, Item(s) will be re-posted and a request for reimbursement of auction fees will be submitted.
- Seller will post positive feedback for winning Bidder promptly on receipt of Payment.
- Seller reserves the right not to sell to Bidders with negative feedback.
