Item Description
· All computer systems that have hard drives have been formatted, there is no software, operating system, or any data included on
any drives unless otherwise indicated.
· There are
no cables, cords, manuals, accessories, software, or anything else included in
this auction unless specifically mentioned in the body of this ad.
· The items listed are described as accurately as possible.
· If the item is advertised as non-working, this means that we were unable to
get it to work properly.
· If the item is advertised as "powers up", that means that it was powered up
but no additional testing was done on the unit.
· Pictures may be of the actual item or a closely similar counterpart.
· In case of a discrepancy in the listing data, please contact us before bidding.
Policy for Auctions Sold
As-Is:
· An
item is sold As-Is. This means there will be no refunds for any reason
whatsoever. That means if you receive the unit and it doesn't work or it is
missing components necessary for it to function properly or if it is damaged or
if you don't like it or if it's not the right size or color or too dirty or
scratched or whatever, there will be NO refund, NO adjustment, NO returns, NO
compensation. You should keep this in mind while bidding and bid as if this item
is in the worst condition possible.
Ask before
you bid, and we will try our best to answer your questions as accurately as
possible.
Policy for Auctions With
Guaranteed Functional in the description:
· An
item is sold with a 3-day D.O.A. warranty. This means that we have tested the
item or have sufficient confidence in its total reliability to warrant it from
defects or errors that may occur between listing and receipt. Errors on behalf
of the buyer due to misconfiguration of their item will not be honored.
· Any caveats, missing features, or damage mentioned in the auction listing copy
are not to be considered covered under warranty.
· All
products are guaranteed to be in working condition at the time of arrival unless
the item is sold "as-is" and is so specified in the item description.
· Buyer must notify seller within 3 days (including weekends and holidays) of
receipt of the item if the item is received in non-working condition.
· Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Policy
· Any item returned for warranty must be returned in
the same condition it was received. If we send you a printer and the toner
cartridge was removed and packaged separately, then you must return it to us
packed the same way or your warranty is voided.
· A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has to be completed and returned with
the item (it will be supplied after email request).
· We reserve the right to repair or replace the item or refund the purchase
price at our discretion.
· Occasionally, An Express Courier will damage units during shipping. If this
happens, all packaging material and the original box the unit was shipped in
must be saved for An Express Courier to pickup, along with the damaged item.
· Failure to provide everything necessary for us to file a claim to An Express
Courier may also void your warranty.
· Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment Options
· We send out a winning bidder confirmation immediately
after the auction ends.
· If you have a different mailing address than your registered address (Paypal) or any special shipping instructions, please submit
these with payment (in the message section). Due to the volume of emails we
receive daily, we may not be able to match up two separate emails pertaining to
the same package.
· If payment for this auction is not received via an accepted method within
seven (7) days from the close of the auction, a Non Paying Bidder Alert will be
filed with eBay. If payment has not been received within ten (10) days from the
Non Paying Bidder Alert file date, A Final Value Credit Fee will be filed with
eBay. There will be no extension of this time frame nor
a reversal of these filings for any reason. Please check the help section of
eBay for specific definitions of these filings and the consequences thereof.
· Non-Paying Bidders will receive negative feedback and a Non-Paying Bidder
Alert and Final Value Credit Fee will be filed with eBay – no exceptions.
E-mail
· Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. EST.
· We will answer
e-mail's as quickly as possible,
but if you send one after 4:30 P.M. on a Friday afternoon, you may not get a
response until the next Monday morning.
Local Pickup
· We are also available to take pick up from our office
(see address above). If you wish to pick up the item from our office you must
contact us immediately after winning the auction. Once we are notified that you
intend to pick the item up, we will process the item and have it ready for pick
up after 12pm the next business day. Note: If you win multiple items, you must
include the item numbers of each item you intend to pick up in your
notification.
· All items being set up for pick up must be picked up
with in thirty (30) business days of notifying us that
you are picking the item up. All walk in items left here beyond thirty (30) days
will be re-listed.
· A 7% sales tax and a processing fee of either $5 or $10
(based on auction), must be paid on all items being
packed up at our office.
Shipping
· We have a professional packaging department and
adhere to shipping guidelines. You do not need to specially request good
packaging, as we treat every package as if it were our own.
· Shipping will be made via An Express Courier at our discretion. We will ship
your item as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
· If shipping via An Express Courier , we give
An Express Courier your email address so they may email your tracking
number to you.
· Please provide a physical address for shipping, as An Express Courier will not
deliver to a P.O. Box.
· Shipments weighing less than 2 lbs may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
· We will include an Invoice in the package with your item when it is shipped,
and we will email tracking information (not available with USPS shipments) as
soon as we can after shipment (usually same day).

Sales Tax
A 7% Sales tax will be incurred for any purchases in Florida. All other
locations in the continental US are tax exempt.
