Service (UPS) Ground to locations within the 48 continental United
States. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, FPOs, and APO's.

shipping and handling) will ONLY be shipped to CONFIRMED PayPal
addresses.
- Shipping charges for orders shipped
outside the 48 continental United States or any other form of courier
other than UPS may be considerably higher.
- Most orders will be shipped within 2 to
5 business days after payment has been confirmed (weekends excluded).
- All orders are processed during business
hours, Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST.
- Shipping cost is fixed. Please bid

Warranty and Terms |
- No Warranty. Batteries are not covered
by warranty.
- Warranty covers replacement, repair or
refund.
- Refunds are made only if a replacement
is not available.
- Refunds do not include shipping costs.
- As per industry standard, customers are
responsible for return shipping to Connect Comp.
- 20% restocking fee on all returned items
that are not to be replaced. Shipping costs are non refundable.
- The picture of the item on auction may
slightly differ in color, shape, or any other aesthetic conditions from
the actual item that is being auctioned. We will do our best to include
the picture of the actual unit in auction.
- Connect Comp reserves the right to void
any auction with typographical errors or mistakes. We will try our best
to accommodate the high bidder in such an occurrence.
