• Prepayment is accepted by money order, cashiers or certified check. Company Checks are accepted on approval only and will be held for a minimum of 10 business days prior to shipping merchandise.

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express direct through our secure auction checkout site. We do accept PayPal. Paypal payments will only be accepted from confirmed addresses. We don't accept any other type of escrow.
  
  
• All sales are final - NO RETURNS. Orders that are refused will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  
  
• For any products sold that are damaged, lost, or stolen by shipper in transit to Buyer, an insurance claim must be submitted to the shipper, not to DE. DE is not responsible or liable for loss or resulting damage due to shipper's negligence or theft.

• You may use the Pay Now button within the auction at closing or by logging into My eBay and checking your Won auctions to begin the checkout process.
• Any money orders received for auctions where a proper checkout was not performed via telephone or online will be returned automatically. We receive many checks every day and without an order being placed, it's impossible to match the payment with an auction.
• If you have any issues with online checkout you can call us at 913-322-2102 Mon - Fri between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

• At Dealexpress we strongly believe that if you manufacture a computer product, you should stand behind it. We do NOT manufacture any of our own products nor do we subscribe to the computer superstore theory, which basically says that we'll take anything back for any reason. Because we do not accept returns we rely heavily on the warranty as outlined by the manufacturer. If there are any questions about this please send an email to hot@dealexpress.com before you bid. After an auction closes, the warranty policy listed for that item is adhered to strictly. We do NOT take returns due to manufacturer defect.

• All products are shipped via FedEX Ground or FedEX Express. Shipping is at your (the buyer's) expense. Shipping will be calculated and billed at published rates. A handling charge is added to all auctions. We charge reasonable S&H charges for the item being offered. The unit will ship within two business days of receipt of your payment except for CODs and company checks.
  
  

  IMPORTANT INFORMATION! - If your item is damaged during shipping Dealexpress is NOT responsible for the loss. All items shipped from Dealexpress are covered by FedEx insurance. Dealexpress will handle the insurance claim with FedEx, however, we cannot guarantee that FedEx will approve the claim. In these situations you will receive whatever insurance compensation is sent from FedEx. If you sign for the package upon delivery and allow the driver to leave this makes it much harder to get any cooperation from FedEx. Please inspect your delivery prior to signing for it!

  Attention International Customers: We will not lower the value of any product for customs purposes. By winning the auction you agree that you are liable for all duties and taxes at the full invoice amount.
