I cannot distinguish this monitor from what it would be like new.   The casing is in perfect condition all around and it clear.  This goes for the front and the back (sorry I didn't grab a shot of it when i had it up).   I cannot find anything wrong, missing, broken, discolored, or dead in either the case or the screen.   If there is a dead pixel, I couldn't see it.  The clear casing does attract some scratches that might distinguish it from new in the way that mere handling with ones hands and contact with paper can produce surface-level scratches.  These are the types of flaws that my 20/10 vision can't detect 12 inches away.

This monitor could fit in any public space reflecting well on you or your firm.
