Delivery
All goods are shipped from Australia. Normally, goods will be sent
via Australia Post. Most cases we are able to send goods whithin two
working day after payment cleared.
If you choose registered post service, we will sent via Australia
Post's eParcel service. There is unique tracking number to check status
online (www.eparcel.com.au). Insurance is not included in this service.
If you do require insurance, you need to pay the optional insurance fee.
If you choose express post service, we process your purchase in higher priority and send it via express post.
Postage cannot be refunded once we send the item, even if the item you received is faulty.
It is important that you check your address before purchase.
If you change your address in ebay after purchase, we may not get your new address.
Please finish ebay's check-out procedure. Update your address if
necessary. We will not accept your address via email or ebay message.
Please verify your postcode and suburb information with postcode
search function on www.auspost.com.au. If your suburb does not show up
in the system, you can enter the nearest suburb in the suburb field and
add the actual suburb in the street address field.
It may delay delivery if your address and suburb does not match. If the
parcel is returned due to incorrect address, you have to pay postage
again.
Make sure you know postage before bid or buy. If not sure, please ask before
bid or buy.

Warranty
There is one-year return-to-base warranty for all products unless specified otherwise in item description.
Warranty time can be several days less than specified due to shipment time.
Customer should seek warranty services directly from manufacturer whenever possible.
If customer are not able to seek warranty from manufacturer, please contact us with detail of the problem.
Customer should not return product unless adviced by us.
Buyers should pay delivery cost to send us the faulty item. We
will pay delivery to send customer replacement or fixed items if item
was tested faulty.
(If warranty period is longer than 1 year and the warranty claim is
after 1 year, customer are required to pay posatage for both ways.)
If the returned item is not faulty, customer has to pay postage for us to send it back.
So please make sure it is faulty before sending back.
Replacement item will be sent via normal post only. If you need it urgently, please enclosed prepaid express satchel.
Warranty will void if label is removed or goods are found physically damaged.
Damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling will not be replaced.
We cannot test all the products before sale.
Even when the product is dead on arrival, buyer need to pay postage to send the item back.
