Each chip is hand picked and FULLY tested in a Dell 1800FP power supply before being packaged in an anti-static environment in anti-static materials.
Why do we do this? Because we have years of experience repairing hundreds upon hundreds of these power supplies and if we know that if we are going to provide you with a good, known working COMPATIBLE part, it is a requirement to test them, period because these chips are failure
prone and have a greater then 10% failure rate even if new stock !

What if this does not fix my problem???
This part and the enclosed instructions normally fixes 9 out of 10 power supplies. It WILL NOT fix power supplies
with any physically burned components and will not normally fix power supplies that are blowing fuses, so
do not buy it for those symptoms.
We provide technical support and/or troubleshooting assistance, and if you follow the *all*
directions included with this component and it does not fix it, we will credit you the cost of this
part towards a EBay Buy-It-Now 1800FP Total Repair(tm) discounted by the cost of this kit.

will not credit the cost if all instructions are not
followed, or if the unit is burned or blowing fuses when we receive it.
Note: if you are not familiar and comfortable with a soldering iron or do not know
how to observe ESD considerations, this is not the item for you. You should consider
