customer should contact us for an RMA authorization number first
before shipping items back. We will either
replace, repair or refund based on our own considerations. Usually refund will be issued only when we do not have the
same/similar/better items for replacement

RMA SHIPPING: If the item customer receives needs service or is mis-shipped, customer pays the cost to ship RMA items to seller,seller pays the cost to ship repaired/exchanged items to customer.
